What does Free include, and does it end?
Your store, your products, checkout, the buyer portal, export and 100 Seller conversations a month. It never ends.
What counts as a conversation?
Each chat a buyer starts with the Seller counts once, however long it runs. The count starts over each month.
What happens when I use up my conversations?
The Seller rests until you add a top-up, move up a plan, or the month starts over. Your store keeps selling.
What if my card fails?
The Seller pauses. Your store and checkout keep working.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan runs to the end of the time you paid for. Plan fees are not refunded. Then your store goes back to Free. Your own domain keeps working for 30 days, then sends buyers to your kalst.com address. We show you what changes before you confirm. Export everything first if you like.
Is tax on my invoice?
Our invoice adds tax where the law asks for it. You can download every invoice.
Why does the Seller need a card?
Each chat costs us money to run, so a card on file wakes the Seller. Nothing is charged unless you add a top-up or move up a plan.
What about refunds to my buyers?
You refund them from your own account. We take nothing either way.
What currency do you bill in?
We bill in USD.
