Buyers pay into your own account. We are never in the path of your money, so we can never hold it or freeze it.
What you can switch on
Passkeys
Sign in with the lock on your own phone or laptop, instead of typing your password.
Two-step sign-in
Add a code from an app each time you sign in.
Your sessions
See each device that is signed in, and sign any of them out.
Audit log
See who on your team did what, and when.
Limits on abuse
We cap how often anyone can try to sign in, reset a password or pay. After a few failed sign-ins, we ask for a quick check that you are human.
Your data, your call
Export your store's data any day. Delete your store, and it goes offline at once. You can recover it for 30 days. After that it is erased, except the records the law makes us keep. Your buyers can ask us to delete their data too.
Who helps us run Kalst
